IRCC updated instructions of finalization of PR applications

On July 22, 2020, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) released a new program delivery instruction on for finalization of permanent residence applications from inside and outside Canada. IRCC confirmed it continues the intake of applications. All incomplete applications with missing documents will be retained in the system for 90 days. On July 20, 2020, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) released a new program delivery update regarding incoming accredited officials. Effective immediately, foreign representatives and their accompanying family members destined to Canada to become accredited by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) are now exempt from the travel restrictions.
