Canada updated instructions regarding the refusal to process work permit applications for caregivers
On April 22, 2022, the Government of Canada updated the Ministerial Instructions (MIs), allowing officers to refuse to process overseas caregivers’ work permit applications received under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP).
