IRCC gathered all special measures to support Hong Kong residents to come to Canada on one page
On November 19, 2020, IRCC consolidated the description of all temporary special measures related to processing various applications of the Hong Kong residents on one page. In response to a Hong Kong national security law, which affected many individuals, Canada implemented special procedures for the administration of temporary and permanent residence measures for Hong Kong youth as well as measures to support family reunification for those who meet the eligibility criteria.
