IRCC updated the page about non-priority temporary resident visa (TRV) applications
On September 16, 2020, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) updated the page about non-priority temporary resident visa (TRV) applications. The new instructions clarify temporary regulations regarding travel itinerary changes and transit while en route to Canada. Beginning July 1, IRCC resumed the processing of the TRV applications. Nevertheless, only online TRV applications are being processed with a few exceptions. IRCC also notified it prioritizes the applications of those who are exempt from travel restrictions.
