Canada again updated instructions for PR applications finalization
On July 29, 2020, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) released a new program delivery instruction for permanent residence application finalization from outside Canada. IRCC has clarified the procedural differenced for various applicants. For instance, it has divided all applicants with approved Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and Permanent Resident Visa (PRV) into four groups, depending on if they are travelling from the US or from the other countries, as well as the validity of their CoPR or PRV
