Canada and Ukraine launched a mobility working group
On January 27, 2021, the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Marco Mendicino announced the creation of a new Canada–Ukraine Mobility Working Group. The group will develop mobility opportunities for Ukrainians seeking to come to Canada. One of the most expected aspects of this collaboration will be a finalization of the youth mobility agreement that will enable young Ukrainian an opportunity to participate in the International Experience Canada program that allows young foreigners to obtain a work permit in Canada.
