Canada invited 4,185 candidates under the International Experience Canada
Over the last week, the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held new draws in the pools of International Experience Canada (IEC). From April 11 to April 17, Canada invited 4,185 young foreigners to apply for an IEC open work permit. As of April 14, there are 23,455 candidates registered in the pool, waiting for the invitation. In this round, there were 2 ITAs for Andorra, 230 ITAs for Australia, 124 ITAs for Belgium, 50 ITAs for Chile, 5 ITAs for Costa Rica, 18 ITAs for Croatia, 51 ITAs for Denmark, 2,409 ITAs for France, 16 ITAs for Greece, 15 ITAs for Hong Kong, 6 ITAs for Ireland, 185 ITAs for Italy, 150 ITAs for Japan, 400 ITAs for South Korea, 4 ITAs for Luxembourg, 66 ITAs for New Zealand, 6 ITAs for Norway, 125 ITAs for Portugal, 5 ITAs for Slovenia, 157 ITAs for Spain, 70 ITAs for Sweden, 26 ITAs for Switzerland, and 65 ITAs for Taiwan. In 2022, Canada issued 64,384 ITAs under the IEC Program.
