Canada invited 654 provincial nominees in the Express Entry draw #175
On February 10, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a new Express Entry draw. Draw #175 targeted candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program. IRCC invited 654 provincial candidates, and the cut-off score in this round was 720 points, 21 points less compared to the previous PNP-specific draw that occurred on January 20. The tie-breaking rule for this round was August 14, 2020, at 06:51:00 UTC. As of February 8, 2021, there are 152,714 profiles registered in the pool, 5,390 profiles more compared to the previous update. Such an increase is mainly caused by a three-week-long break between the rounds. In total, Canada issued 10,654 ITAs to foreign nationals through the Express Entry in 2021.
