CUSMA has officially replaced NAFTA

On July 1, 2020, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) has been superseded by the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). Following that, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) have updated the instructions of the new agreement. The regulations for the free entry of citizens of the three countries remain almost unchanged from the original NAFTA agreement. This means the business people can continue to enter, live and work in Canada under the same rules.
