In June, Ontario nominated 914 foreign nationals
On July 9, 2020, the government of Ontario released a new update of the number of nominations certificates issued by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). Since the last update on June 4, the OINP issued 914 new nominations. In total, Ontario issued 3,932 certificates of provincial nomination in 2020. The quota of Ontario is 7,600 spots. This means, the provincial government still can issue 3,668 nominations, including 250 nominations under the federal NOC C initiative.
