IRCC confirmed the 2022 allocation for Nova Scotia
On June 16, 2022, the Government of Nova Scotia published a news release announcing new allocations confirmed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for 2022. Nova Scotia’s confirmed 2022 allocation includes a total of 5,430 applicants for the Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). NSNP saw a 17 percent increase with 400 more nominations, while AIP’s allocation increased by 75 percent – 1,173 nomination spaces more than when compared last year.
