IRCC has updated instructions for uniting with family members
On October 7, 2020, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) released clarified instructions for uniting with family members during travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 outbreak. The government now posted exemptions specific instructions for immediate family members of the Canadian citizens or permanent residents and temporary residents. IRCC also provided step-by-step instructions on how to request written authorization to travel to Canada and health requirements for travellers to Canada.
