IRCC to conduct an online survey of newcomers
On November 2, 2020, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced the online survey of newcomers about their resettlement, settlement and integration experiences. The immigration department collects data to improve settlement and resettlement services to better meet the needs of newcomers. Participation in the survey will be voluntary and confidential. The link for the survey will be sent beginning November 12, 2020, to immigrants who received permanent residence in the years 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019. The survey will be available in English, French, Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, Amharic and Farsi.
