IRCC updated instructions for police certificates in the Family Class
On February 26, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) released updated instructions in the Operational Bulletin 633. The new instructions are related to requests for police clearance certificates and determining the admissibility of the family class applicants. In addition, they now include specific info regarding temporary COVID-19 facilitation measures. This Operational Bulletin provides officers instructions for processing spousal or dependent child sponsorship applications.
