OINP introduced changes to the internal review process
On January 7, 2021, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) announced changes introduced to the internal review of the applications in all streams of the OINP. Applicants, whose nomination application has been refused have the right to request an internal review. In order to request a review, applicants must fill the Notice of Request for Internal Review form, identify the error made by the OINP officers and send the request to the OINP. Applicants are not allowed to include any new information unless the new information was not reasonably available at the time of the initial application.
