Ontario has completed the intake in the Regional Immigration Pilot for 2020
On November 5, 2020, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program announced that it has met the intake limit for the Regional Immigration Pilot for 2020. Candidates can continue submitting forms; however, they will be placed on the waitlist. Candidates who will not be invited will get a chance for the Regional Immigration Pilot in 2021. The pilot will continue next year. The intake of the applications was opened on July 9. OINP has allocated 150 spots for the program and it was split between three participating communities of Chatham-Kent, Cornwall, and Quinte West/Belleville.
