Ontario nominated another 525 candidates during the last month
On May 14, 2020, the government of Ontario updated the statistics of the issuance of nominations certificates in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). The OINP issued 525 new nominations since the previous update on April 9. In total, Ontario nominated 2,623 certificates of provincial nomination in 2020. At the moment, Ontario still did not receive its quota allocation from, the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). At the same time, the provincial immigration authorities keel holding invitation rounds and issuing nominations in the OINP.
