Quebec introduced new selection conditions for PEQ
On July 22, 2020, Quebec introduced new selection conditions for Quebec Experience Program (PEQ). For instance, international students will have to take into consideration the new requirements for work experience in Quebec. Foreign workers will be assessed based on new criteria for occupational categories and work experience. Additionally, the new language requirements for accompanying spouses were also taken into effect. The processing time for PEQ applications has been extended to six months.
