Quotas are filled for Home Child Care Provider Pilot
On November 3, Immigration Canada announced that it will stop accepting applications for the new Home Child Care Provider Pilot. Up to now, the number of applications for the pilot has exceeded 2,750, reaching the annual application limit. New applications will reopen on January 1, 2021. Applications that were not accepted will get a refund for the fees. As for the Home Support Worker Pilot, there is still space available for candidates to apply. The Canadian Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot is a five-year pilot project launched by the Canadian government on February 23, 2019. Compared to the previous caretaker immigration program, this new pilot program has simpler requirements and more advantages.
