Thunder Bay released new RNIP recommendations
On November 9, 2020, Thunder Bay, ON, released a new update on the issuance of community recommendations in the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP). The city issued 10 more recommendations: 1 for the approved candidate in the NOC A skills level, 6 for candidates in the NOC B, and 3 for candidates in the NOC C. All candidates who got a recommendation can apply for permanent residence to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). So far, Thunder Bay issued 53 community recommendations and still can issue up to 47 recommendations. Among them, there is a place for 7 NOC A candidates, 4 NOC B candidates, 28 NOC C candidates, and 8 NOC D candidates in 2020.
